Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development (RnD) Manager specializing in seasonings at Grain n Grace Food Ingredients Manufacturing Pvt Ltd, located in Bengaluru. The RnD Manager will be responsible for leading and managing product development projects, formulating new seasoning blends, improving existing products, conducting market research, and ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing laboratory tests, and staying updated with industry trends and advancements. Qualifications Experience in leading product development projects and formulating new seasoning blends Knowledge of market research and ability to improve existing products Skilled in conducting laboratory tests and ensuring product quality and compliance Excellent leadership and project management skills Strong understanding of food industry standards and regulations Effective communication and collaborative skills Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field Experience in the food ingredients manufacturing industry is a plus Show more Show less
