NPD Engineer Exp- 5-7yrs Key Responsibilities: Product Design and Development: NPD Engineers design and develop new products, often involving mechanical, electrical, or other relevant engineering disciplines. Market Research: They conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs to inform product development. Conceptualization and Innovation: NPD Engineers play a key role in generating innovative product ideas and developing them into concrete concepts. Prototyping and Testing: They create prototypes, conduct testing throughout the design process to identify and resolve issues, and refine designs based on feedback. Cross-Functional Collaboration: NPD Engineers work closely with teams like marketing, design, engineering, and quality assurance throughout the product development lifecycle. Quality Assurance: They ensure that products meet quality and regulatory standards, often through rigorous testing and adherence to industry and government regulations. Project Management: NPD Engineers often manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful product launches. Documentation and Reporting: They document the development process, prepare reports, and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders. Post-Launch Evaluation: NPD Engineers may also evaluate product performance after launch and identify areas for improvement in future iterations.
