New Product Development Engineer

As a CAD Project Engineer, your role involves the development of CAD project drawings and researching new product ideas and methods. You will be responsible for improving existing products and processes, as well as developing, initiating, and managing all phases of new projects. Your key responsibilities include: - Reviewing quality reports made by site inspection engineers and reporting any non-conformities or deviations from specifications and standards. - Analyzing inspection data and preparing quality reports and documentation. - Collaborating with production, engineering, and support teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Creating techno-commercial documentation. - Finding creative design solutions to problems. - Traveling to client sites or supplier locations if required. Qualifications required for this role include proficiency in CAD software, a strong understanding of engineering principles, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and a morning shift schedule. The work location is in person, and occasional travel may be required.
