Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Car Salesperson based in West Delhi. The New Car Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget, maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure customer retention, and achieving sales targets. The role involves explaining vehicle features, addressing customer queries, processing paperwork, and collaborating with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to enhance the car-buying experience for clients
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Automotive Sales and a strong understanding of vehicle features and specifications
- Customer Retention skills to foster long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business
- Goal-oriented mindset and proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in automotive sales is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or automotive fields are an advantage
