New Car Salesperson

As a New Car Salesperson at our company, located in Bihar, India, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their vehicle needs, demonstrating the features of various car models, and negotiating sales agreements. Your day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, participating in sales meetings and training sessions, and staying updated on automotive products and promotions. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Automotive Sales, possess excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills, and demonstrate strong Interpersonal and Communication skills. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, along with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, will be key to your success. A basic understanding of automotive technology and features is required, and while a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field would be a plus.,
