We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Neurologist

to join our dynamic medical team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in diagnosing, managing, and treating a wide range of neurological disorders. This role is crucial in ensuring comprehensive patient care by leveraging advanced medical diagnostics and evidence-based practices in

neurology

. As a Neurologist, you will work closely with other specialists, general practitioners, and healthcare providers to ensure accurate diagnosis, personalized treatment plans, and effective long-term patient management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care & Diagnosis:
    • Examine, diagnose, and treat patients with neurological conditions including but not limited to epilepsy, stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, migraines, neuromuscular disorders, and dementia.
    • Conduct thorough physical examinations, neurological assessments, and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory results.
  • Medical Diagnostics & Procedures:
    • Utilize advanced diagnostic techniques such as EEG, EMG, MRI, CT scans, and lumbar punctures to identify neurological conditions.
    • Prescribe appropriate medication, therapies, and where necessary, recommend surgical interventions in collaboration with neurosurgeons.
  • Treatment & Patient Management:
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans for both acute and chronic neurological disorders.
    • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as necessary, and provide follow-up care to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Work in close coordination with multi-disciplinary teams including neurosurgeons, radiologists, psychiatrists, physiotherapists, and primary care physicians.
    • Participate in case discussions, medical boards, and contribute to patient-centric healthcare delivery.
  • Education & Awareness:
    • Educate patients and their families about neurological conditions, treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care.
    • Stay updated with the latest research, clinical guidelines, and advancements in neurology.
  • Research & Continuous Learning:
    • Engage in research activities, clinical trials, or scholarly publications to contribute to the advancement of neurology as a field.
    • Attend conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance clinical expertise.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • MBBS degree with MD/DNB/DM in Neurology from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of post-specialization experience as a practicing Neurologist.
  • Proven expertise in diagnosing and managing a broad spectrum of neurological disorders.
  • Strong knowledge of neurological diagnostics, medical imaging interpretation, and advanced treatment modalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to medical ethics and patient confidentiality.
