Network/Business Development Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business development associate to join our Inside Sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our network of healthcare professionals, particularly doctors, to ensure a steady stream of patient referrals for surgical procedures. This role involves telecalling and remote coordination with doctors and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with doctors and medical professionals to increase our network and referral base.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

• Actively reach out to potential doctors through calls and in-person visits to explain the benefits of joining our platform.

• Ensure timely follow-up with doctors and patients to ensure smooth coordination and scheduling of surgeries

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all necessary paperwork and pre-operative requirements are fulfilled.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.

• Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
