Network/Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate position is an exciting opportunity to join our Inside Sales team and make a significant impact. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our network of healthcare professionals, particularly doctors, to ensure a consistent flow of patient referrals for surgical procedures. Your role will involve telecalling and remote coordination with doctors and patients. Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture relationships with doctors and medical professionals to grow our network and referral base. - Establish and maintain strong, long-term connections with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals. - Proactively engage with potential doctors through calls and in-person visits to demonstrate the advantages of joining our platform. - Ensure prompt follow-up with doctors and patients to facilitate smooth coordination and scheduling of surgeries. - Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure all required paperwork and pre-operative needs are met. Qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare sector. - Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets and goals. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling you to establish rapport and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals. - Proficient negotiation and persuasion skills, with the capacity to influence decision-making. - Ability to work independently with a strong sense of self-motivation and initiative.
