Network Support Engineer

As a Network Engineer, your key responsibilities will include: - Having excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Demonstrating a deep understanding of TCP/IP LAN/WAN networking technologies and troubleshooting techniques. - Configuring business-class firewalls and VPNs. - Understanding wireless technologies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Knowledge of Remote Desktop/virtualization technology. - Familiarity with Networking Topologies. - Understanding of network protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, SNMP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and VPN. - Proficiency in concepts like Load balancing, failover, Cloud Computing, and Network Security. - Ability to independently resolve desktop/laptop related issues. - Hands-on experience with Network equipments like router, switches, modem, access point, bridge, and firewall. - Monitoring skills to assess network performance and troubleshoot problems. - Capability to work independently. Additionally, it would be good to have any networking certification and experience with devices like Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Sonic Wall, and Ruckus.
