Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Manage and troubleshoot Windows 11 OS environments, including system updates, configuration, and performance tuning Oversee print services: installation, spooler diagnostics, server-side queue management, and user-level printer configurations Configure and support Access Points (APs), SSIDs, and wireless connectivity for endpoint devices Handle escalated technical issues from L0 or Helpdesk; ensure prompt resolution or proper escalation Perform user onboarding, desktop imaging, and asset lifecycle management Ensure compliance with endpoint policies and participate in patch management processes Document resolution procedures and update internal technical knowledge base Required Skills: Proficiency in Windows 11 OS administration and user-level troubleshooting End User Support, Active Directory, DNS, Troubleshooting hardware and software Strong understanding of print management systems, including network printers and print servers Hands-on experience with Access Point setup and diagnostics (e.g., basic RF coverage, SSID access, authentication) Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) for ticket lifecycle management Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers when required Preferred candidate profile

We are expanding our Technical Support team and seeking experienced professionals to provide advanced support for Netgears commercial product line. Role Summary: We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented L3 Technical Support Engineer to provide third-level escalation support, troubleshooting, and validation for Netgears networking products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting across routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, and storage devices. Key Responsibilities: Provide L3 escalation support for routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, and storage devices. Replicate and validate customer-reported issues, ensuring accurate defect reporting to engineering. Participate in new product testing and assist with release validation. Review and validate internal documents, knowledge base articles, and training material. Analyze customer interactions to identify field issues and recommend call avoidance strategies . Conduct and deliver technical training sessions for support staff and partners. Provide on-site field support (up to 10% travel). Requirements: Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in supporting network environments (hands-on experience with Netgear products is an advantage). CCNA certified (or equivalent networking experience). Strong understanding of network topologies, design, and implementation . In-depth knowledge of wireless, firewalls, VPN, switches, storage, and routing protocols . Experience with Windows/Linux networking applications . Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
