Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and optimizing network infrastructure, ensuring network security measures are in place, and resolving complex network issues promptly. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance network efficiency and leading network projects to meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize expert level knowledge in networking technologies such as routing, switching, load balancers, wireless LAN controllers, and network encryption to design, deploy, and maintain network baselining. - Monitor and troubleshoot complex network issues, identify root causes, and make data-driven decisions to resolve them promptly. - Forecast and manage thresholds for capacity, performance, and optimization, while continuously updating network security measures and policies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network efficiency and conduct regular network performance assessments and capacity planning. - Provide third-level support for network-related issues and incidents, proactively identify and manage threats, and lead network projects within scope, budget, and timeline. - Analyze network performance metrics, implement optimizations to enhance network efficiency, and foster a culture of innovation through continuous improvement of network processes and adoption of innovative networking technologies. - Demonstrate strong leadership skills in driving network initiatives, providing technical guidance, and building a skilled team. - Stay updated with emerging trends in networking and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in network design and implementation. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in network operations and engineering roles with expertise in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex networks and network services. - Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability to changing environments, leadership qualities, and a collaborative mindset. - Desired knowledge in cloud networking technologies, scaling network operations, network transformation, and participation in industry conferences or technical projects. - Certifications like CCIE, JNCIP, CISSP, or above are desirable, along with in-depth understanding of network security principles, industry standards, and compliance requirements. - Familiarity with regulatory and data privacy bodies, as well as other security solutions like PAM, IAM, FIM, MFA, IDS/IPS, UTM, EDR, SIEM, DLP, ZTNA, etc.,
