Network Security Manager

As a Manager iNet, your main role is to manage, maintain, implement, and promote secure, robust, stable, redundant Network Security infrastructure. You will explore, evaluate, and propose the latest technologies in the security domain. Additionally, you will lead the BAU team for operational activities, critical incidents, or tasks to ensure effective service management to meet service-level agreements and control costs. ### Key Responsibilities: - Act as an escalation point for technical issues regarding iNet technology platforms and collaborate with other infrastructure teams for project delivery and implementing required changes. - Support various technologies including Firewall Systems (Checkpoint & Fortinet), Global Traffic Managers (F5), Load Balancers (F5 & AVI networks), SSL Accelerators (F5), DNS/DHCP (Infoblox), Proxies (SkyHigh Web Gateway & Bluecoat), and HSM Appliances (Entrust). - Maintain standard firewall, load-balancer, proxy, and DDI architectures and ensure accurate supporting documentation. - Define and deliver vision and roadmap in collaboration with the head office. - Prioritize team backlogs based on objectives and ongoing work. - Lead vendor relationships with owned technologies. - Interact with stakeholders across the organization to understand security needs and expectations. - Ensure proper monitoring of systems and manage alerts promptly. - Keep asset referential up to date and manage remediation as needed. ### Qualifications Required: - Proven track record with at least two technologies among Firewalls, Proxies, Load-balancing, DNS/DHCP, Remote access, and Administration. - Familiarity with concepts and protocols related to end-user VPNs and monitoring software. - Ability to use, troubleshoot, and develop administration scripts (python, bash, perl). - Operational experience of Ansible use for automation and deployment. ### Additional Company Details: This position requires an expected profile of 15+ years of hands-on field experience in the iNet technical scope. You should demonstrate the ability to work efficiently under pressure in high-stress incident situations, exhibit leadership experience with large, complex programs, and be a seasoned technology leader with rich experience of leading engineering teams. Fluency in oral and written English is essential for this role.,
