The main activities of the Head iNet involve managing, maintaining, implementing, and promoting a secured, robust, stable, redundant Network Security infrastructure. It includes exploring, evaluating, and proposing the latest technologies in the security domain. As the Head iNet, you will lead the BAU team for operational activities, critical incidents, or tasks. Your role includes ensuring effective service management to meet service-level agreements and controlling costs. The iNet engineer serves as an escalation point for technical issues related to iNet technology platforms. Collaborating with other infrastructure teams is essential for delivering projects and implementing necessary changes in the iNet technology platforms while ensuring platform uptime. The iNet team supports various technologies such as Firewall Systems (Checkpoint & Fortinet), Global Traffic Managers (F5), Load Balancers (F5 & AVI networks), SSL Accelerators (F5), DNS/DHCP (Infoblox), Proxies (SkyHigh Web Gateway & Bluecoat), and HSM Appliances (Entrust). Your technical environment will require expertise in at least two of the following areas: Firewalls (Checkpoint & Fortinet), Proxies (SkyHigh & Bluecoat), Load Balancers (F5), DNS/DHCP (Infoblox), Remote Access (Cisco ASA/FTD), and Administration (monitoring software, protocols, and automation tools like Ansible). Key responsibilities include adapting and maintaining standard architectures for firewalls, load balancers, proxies, and DDI. You will define and deliver a vision and roadmap in collaboration with the head office, prioritize backlogs, maintain platforms, lead vendor relationships, interact with stakeholders, ensure proper monitoring of systems, and keep asset references up to date. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of hands-on experience in the iNet technical scope, exhibit the ability to work efficiently under pressure, demonstrate leadership skills in complex programs, and possess fluency in English.,
