Job description and requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other network security appliances
Monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability
Configure and install network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, QoS)
Perform routine network maintenance and system upgrades, including patches, hotfixes, and security configurations
Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve network/security issues
Stay updated with emerging security threats, trends, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, OSI Model, Routing & Switching
CCNA training is mandatory; CCNA certification preferred
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
