Network Security Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Perform technical implementation, configuration, and support of FortiGate and Check Point firewalls.
  
• Manage Endpoint Security tools and assist with incident troubleshooting and resolution.
  
• Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities, conduct technical presentations, and deliver product demonstrations.
  
• Work directly with clients, understanding their security requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
  
• Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and assist in pre-sales activities.
  
• Communicate effectively in Malayalam and English with customers, both in technical and business contexts.
  
• Ensure projects are delivered on time while meeting client expectations and security standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure roles.
Technical expertise in FortiGate, Check Point, and Endpoint Security solutions. Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English. Ability to balance technical support with customer engagement and sales consulting. Experience in client interaction, solution presentations, or pre-sales support. Relevant industry certifications: NSE (Fortinet), CCSA/CCSE (Check Point), or equivalent would be an added advantage.
