Are you looking for the opportunity to create substantial impact on business profitability through reduction of business wastes in operations, then Network Losses (NL) reduction role is that opportunity. The scope of impact spans across RoW markets focused at reduction of network losses arising from Shrinkage, Damage, Concessions or combination of these within operations across supply chain and in close collaboration with Fulfillment Centers (FC)/transportation Operations, Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES), Security & Loss Prevention (SL&P), Products, Customer Service (CS) and Resolutions CX (RCX) business partners.

We interface with all miles of Operations, CS, Products team and CBW business teams to identify and execute solutions that improve Customer experience by reducing waste and losses in operations.This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ambiguous and technical environment. Ownership of work is extremely important, and candidates should have a proven record of driving operations, process fixes and strategic initiatives to completion. The ideal candidate is motivated, optimistic and agile with strong time management skillsKey job responsibilities Develop deep understanding, hands on experience of operational processes across supply chain. Deep diving and analyzing operational data to arrive root causes for losses - invent or replicate solutions to those root causes, track impact. Improve operational processes by Standardization of metrics, processes, SOPs across RoW markets related to network losses Driving product implementation in operations and/or operational process solutions to eliminate losses

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
