Description
Location Bengaluru (Preferred) and DOJ Immediate Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructures using Cisco switches, routers, and firewall devices. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring high availability and performance. 3. Configure and optimize network devices, including routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and security features. 4. Design, deploy, and manage SD-WAN solutions using Cisco technologies (e.g., Cisco Viptela, Cisco SD-WAN). 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions. 6. Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Required Skills: 1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Networking, or related field. 2. CCNP or CCIE certification in Routing and Switching or Security. 3. 8+ years of experience with Cisco switches, routers, and firewall devices. 4. Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, etc.). 5. Experience with network security features, including firewall configuration and VPN setup. 6. Experience with SD-WAN technologies, including Cisco SD-WAN solutions. 7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 8. Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have: 1. Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios). 2. Knowledge of network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting). 3. Familiarity with cloud networking platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). 4. Experience with Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ACI, or other Cisco network management platforms.
