Job Title: Network & IT Systems Specialist Location: Infopark, Kakkanad Salary: ₹30,000/- to ₹40,000/- per month Work Days: 6 days a week Work Hours: Rotational shifts (24x7 availability in 9-hour shifts). Key Responsibilities Administer IT systems across onsite and remote locations. Manage internet, phone lines, networking devices, CCTV, and biometric systems. Coordinate with service vendors for troubleshooting and maintenance. Keep software, firmware, and antivirus systems up to date. Assist with procurement and maintain IT inventories. Handle hardware/software license documentation and reporting. Oversee Travel System Administration tasks. Provide Level 2 support and basic IT training to staff. Submit daily IT checklists and reports to the Head of Systems & IT. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in IT or a related field. Preferred certifications in Networking/System Administration. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Hands-on knowledge in cloud computing, cybersecurity, MDM, and Apple networking. Familiarity with CRM or travel systems is an added advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Effective documentation and communication abilities. Ability to work independently under pressure. Proactive, organized, and strategic. Experience in vendor coordination and IT budgeting.
