Network & IT Support Engineer

As a network support engineer, your role involves maintaining the computer hardware, software, accessories, networking, and online Windows & Linux Hosting servers essential for the organization's internal and external communication. Your responsibilities include: - Designing, installing, and maintaining communications, file sharing, and IT resources - Attending and resolving client-reported issues within specified SLA timeframe - Ensuring internal networks meet business demands in terms of system accessibility and network capacity Your tasks will also include attending to support tickets, responding to customer inquiries, preparing service quotations, maintaining online web and mail servers, installing software and hardware, setting up user accounts, overseeing system security, fixing network faults, providing technical support, training staff, and ensuring network optimization. Other duties involve day-to-day network administration, planning improvements, suggesting IT solutions, supervising helpdesk staff, maintaining firewalls, optimizing DNS records, and providing technical support for Google Workspace-related issues. Qualifications required for this role include good communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, in-depth knowledge of networking and connectivity, a degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certifications are a plus, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.,
