As a NAV Support Specialist at Tresor Systems Pvt. Ltd., located in Delhi - Okhla, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the internal NAV instances/companies on Microsoft Dynamics NAV2016. Working within the Information Technology Competence Centre, you will actively provide end user support for the PAN India ERP solution based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Your role will include managing file sharing and permissions on Apple devices, testing new features on local and worldwide NAV updates, and providing GoLive support until all phases are fully and proactively supported. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and maintaining training materials like Word documents and PowerPoint presentations. You should be flexible to work within rotational shifts and provide 24x7 support as per the future vision of the company. Collaborating closely with a team of professionals on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 and other integrated applications, you will work towards building and extending the ERP know-how of Tresor based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Your responsibilities will also involve working closely with the PAN India working NAV User Productivity and Support Team, IT Service Desk in Gurgaon/Delhi, NAV developers, and Support Project Managers. You will support business owners in their daily work, help to improve and optimize processes, and provide efficient support on a PAN India level through good skills in documentation and structured work. To excel in this role, you must have experience with MS Dynamics NAV 2016, professional and technical qualifications within Microsoft Dynamic NAV (ERP), and practical knowledge in NAV Support topics such as sales, purchase, and finance processes. You should possess a good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives and be able to clearly understand business requirements to provide solutions that exceed business user experience. In addition, you will work with internal users and the global support team, as well as collaborate with any ticketing tool system that will be implemented.
