Network Field Engineer/Technician


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle service and maintenance calls on-site for IP-based security systems.
  • Supervise and coordinate with contractors at project sites.
  • Maintain and submit daily work progress reports.
  • Understand and implement IP Network Architecture for CCTV & Access Control Systems.
  • Be available for emergency visits/site handovers as required.


Qualifications

  • Skills in Troubleshooting and Networking
  • Experience doing Site Survey & basic Network Design
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Relevant certifications or training in networking are preferable
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous


Eligibility Criteria:

2 years of relevant experience

IP CCTV, Access Control, and VDP

2-wheeler and a laptop

site locations

✅ Willing to work extended hours in case of project emergencies or critical support.

Additional Notes:

  • Sunday

    will be the weekly off (support on Sunday will be adjusted/compensated).
  • No other holidays apart from Sunday.
