Job Description We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Network Field Engineer/Technician for Mumbai region to join our team and handle field operations related to Network security systems. The candidate will be responsible for on-site service, installation supervision, and coordination for systems such as IP CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm System and Video Door Phones . This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Field Technician, based in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities Handle service and maintenance calls on-site for IP-based security systems. Supervise and coordinate with contractors at project sites. Maintain and submit daily work progress reports. Understand and implement IP Network Architecture for CCTV & Access Control Systems. Be available for emergency visits/site handovers as required. Qualifications Skills in Troubleshooting and Networking Experience doing Site Survey & basic Network Design Strong Customer Service skills Excellent problem-solving and technical skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Relevant certifications or training in networking are preferable Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous Eligibility Criteria: ✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IP networking & electronic security systems. ✅ Good understanding of IP CCTV, Access Control, and VDP technologies. ✅ Must own a 2-wheeler and a laptop (mandatory). ✅ Able to operate independently from site locations (office visits only when required). ✅ Willing to work extended hours in case of project emergencies or critical support. Additional Notes: Sunday will be the weekly off (support on Sunday will be adjusted/compensated). No other holidays apart from Sunday.
