Job Description :

• Troubleshooting: Basic troubleshooting and guidance to customers
• Network configuration: Configuring VLANs, RSTP, MSTP, IGMP, and SNMP. VTP
• Network performance: Establishing and maintaining network performance
• Networking domain and protocols- BGP , OSPF. Cable console and Putty Knowledge.
• Network standards: Defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards
• Network layers: Working knowledge of networking layers, such as the OSI model
• Need to visit client side for any escalation
• Routing protocols: Working and troubleshooting on routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, and static route.
• Client support: Online support to clients and visits to clients
