IT Infrastructure Management:Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networking components, including servers, workstations, routers, switches, and firewalls.

System Administration:Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems and applications. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system resources.

Network Administration:Maintain and support the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks. Ensure network security, monitor network traffic, and implement necessary protocols and procedures.

IT Support:Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement appropriate solutions.

Security Management:Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption. Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and security breaches, and take necessary steps to mitigate risks.

Backup and Recovery:Develop and implement data backup and disaster recovery strategies. Regularly perform backups, test data restoration procedures, and ensure data integrity and availability.

Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures. Prepare reports, metrics, and analysis to communicate system performance, issues, and recommendations to management.

Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, including Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, and switching.

Proficient in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and backup and recovery solutions.

Experience with security practices and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanning
