Network Engineer

The role requires in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in handling networking protocols, configuration, and administration of L2 & L3 switches, SAN switches, and firewalls such as Sophos and Watchguard. You will be responsible for configuring zoning on SAN switches, log analysis, and maintaining mobile device management (MDM) systems. Additionally, you will install and maintain RSA & SSLVPN servers, RF & Wi-Fi infrastructure, and surveillance systems across the global organization. Knowledge of Azure networking concepts is also essential. Your responsibilities will include designing broadcast-less domains network infrastructure, conducting research on network products and services, and installing, configuring, and maintaining various network devices such as firewalls, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi controllers. You will also be involved in the implementation and maintenance of VLAN, firmware & patch upgrades, VPN networks, live monitoring tools, and documentation of corporate network infrastructure. Furthermore, you will be responsible for network-related asset maintenance & tracking, implementing security policies on firewalls & switches, and ensuring gateway level AV & Spam protection. You will design, implement, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, monitor network performance, troubleshoot network-related issues, and provide support for a variety of operating systems. Disaster recovery planning, security improvements, system upgrades, and network device upgrades are also part of your responsibilities. The role requires you to have the ability to design future IT solutions, ensure network security and connectivity, and schedule configuration backups for all network devices. You will be expected to upgrade IT-related network devices based on their End of Life (EOL) and frequently update patches & firmware.
