Job Description

We're looking for Network Engineers with 1 year of experience to join our team in Pune (Work from Office US Shift). Location: Pune Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) Work Mode: On Floor (Work from Office) Experience: Minimum 1 Year Salary: As per company standards Job Description: We are seeking proactive and skilled engineers who can handle L1-L2 responsibilities with strong knowledge in network and system support. Key Responsibilities: Manage and configure firewalls, switches, routers, and implement rules. Hands-on experience or basic knowledge of handling Cisco firewalls. Familiarity with identity provider tools like OKTA and Entra ID. Basic understanding of Box and Relay automation with logical reasoning. Perform EUC (End User Computing) L1-L2 support attend user calls and resolve tickets effectively. Participate in and present during daily meetings with internal teams. Knowledge of Linux patching and managing Linux environments. Comfortable with Linux command line to assist end users.
