We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in designing, implementing, and managing complex network systems. This role requires a proactive approach to network security and performance optimization, along with the ability to work collaboratively with other IT professionals. Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage network systems including LAN, WAN, and internet connections. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Ensure network security by implementing appropriate measures and protocols. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems. Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference. Provide technical support and training to internal staff on network-related issues. Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry trends. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10-15 years of experience in network engineering or a related role. Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.). Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software tools. Familiarity with network security practices and tools. Proficient in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
