Network Engineer

Job Summary:

Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and monitor

  network firewalls

  (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point).
• Design and implement

  AWS security controls

  , including IAM policies, security groups, NACLs, GuardDuty, CloudTrail, and AWS WAF.
• Conduct regular

  vulnerability assessments

  ,

  security audits

  , and

  incident response

  procedures.
• Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to integrate security best practices into CI/CD pipelines.
• Respond to and investigate

  security incidents and alerts

  .
• Enforce

  compliance

  with security policies, standards, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).
• Manage

  SIEM

  tools and perform

  log analysis

  for threat detection and prevention.
• Provide security guidance for cloud architecture reviews and new product deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a

  Security Engineer

  ,

  Cloud Security Specialist

  , or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with

  firewalls

  (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA).
• Strong knowledge of

  AWS Security

  tools and services (IAM, KMS, VPC, GuardDuty, WAF, etc.).
• Familiarity with

  incident detection and response

  ,
