Job Description

:

Domain Expertise
: In-depth knowledge across various domains such as Routing, Switching, Security, Voice/Collaboration, and Data Center (DC) networks. Experience in managing Data Center operations and leading teams.
Incident Management
: Oversee all incident management activities, ensuring adherence to the banks incident management policies. Ensure prompt resolution of incidents and appropriate documentation of each step taken.
Documentation
: Responsible for maintaining comprehensive documentation related to network infrastructure, including network diagrams, approval documents, and any other related materials.
Change Management
: Ensure all network changes are evaluated, thoroughly tested, and implemented in accordance with strict change management procedures.
Infrastructure Assessment
: Conduct regular assessments of the bank s critical network infrastructure (DC, DR, and Head Office) to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback for continuous optimization.
Troubleshooting & Support
: Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting support for critical day-to-day network issues, stepping in to resolve complex problems when the team is unable to do so within the required timeframes.
