Key Responsibility Area

• Provide guidance and support to junior staff, mentor team members, and lead projects to successful completion.
• Proactive monitoring of performance and ensure system availability, reliability and capacity planning.
• Identify and troubleshoot network problems.• Perform network assessments and recommend improvements to optimize network performance.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and make informed decisions regarding the selection and adoption of new technologies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance network efficiency and performance.
• Work closely with other IT teams, business departments, and external vendors.
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing their network-related concerns.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Manage budgets for network projects, ensuring they are completed within allocated resources.
• Conduct security audits and reviews to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Evaluate new network technologies and recommend solutions that align with business needs.
• Plan for future network growth and evolving technologies to ensure long-term network stability and performance.
• Manage backups and restores of network data to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity.Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to mitigate the impact of network outages.
• Manage user access to network resources, ensuring that users have the appropriate permissions.
• Provide training to users on how to use the network and its resources effectively. Develop and implement network strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, providing guidance, support, and career development opportunities.Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud networking solutions.Develop and implement network security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and protecting sensitive data.
  

Qualifications

•   Diploma in Engineering or bachelors degree in science, Information Technology, or Engineering in a related field
•  8-12 Yrs of ISP, CSP, MSSP Experience

Desirable Skills:

• Certifications: CCNP, JNCIP, CCIE, CCNA, CISM, CISSP, CompTIA Network+
• Project Management and Service Delivery Experience in Tier-1 or Tier-2 companies preferably ISP, Pharma and BFSI.
