Job Description

Education:

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy and migrate
R&S and SASE/SD-WAN
solutions (Versa preferred).
Configure and manage SASE infrastructure and security policies.
Handle firewall rules,
IPsec/SSL VPNs
, Radius authentication, ZTNA, and web filtering.
Onboard customer endpoints/end users and ensure smooth connectivity.
Troubleshoot L2 issues escalated from L1 teams.
Replicate issues in lab, validate fixes, and support engineering teams.
Prepare documentation and SOPs.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of
SD-WAN/SASE/SSE
, preferably Versa.
Expertise in routing/switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, L2).
Experience in security troubleshooting (IPsec, SSL VPNs, ACLs, AV/IPS).
Certifications like
CCNA/CCNP, Versa
are a plus.
