Network Engineer L2

As a Network Engineer L2 with our client in Bengaluru, your key responsibilities will include: - Providing customer-specific designated support at the network level to troubleshoot and resolve networking problems. - Demonstrating strong hands-on skills in Cisco Nexus Technologies such as vPC, vDC, STP, vRF, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF. - Having good knowledge of Cisco ACI Technologies including Tenants, EPGs, BDs, vRFs. - Experience in product lines like Nexus 9000 switches. - Utilizing tools like Solarwind and Cisco DCNM (desired) comfortably. - Handling data center ACI complex troubleshooting would be an added advantage. - Understanding overall data center infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Server, and Firewall. - Monitoring and reviewing the network dedicatedly. - Collaborating with multi-functional teams effectively to resolve major customer issues. - Quickly grasping network design concepts and providing appropriate solutions to clients. - Crafting and validating planned changes to software and hardware design effectively. - Providing high-level technical assistance and troubleshooting for resolving critical production issues for strategic customers. - Responding to network management system alarms according to established processes. - Demonstrating flexibility in working hours to operate effectively in a 24x7 environment. You will be working with HRC Global Services in Bengaluru as a Network Engineer L2, providing technical support and troubleshooting for networking issues.,
