Job Description – Network Engineer- Aruba (L1 / L2)

Engineer Profile

• Network Experience: 3 years
• Education: BE / B.Tech computer science
• Certifications: CCNA / CCNP (Switching & Routing) or equivalent (e.g., ACMP)
• Language: English and Hindi is most preferable

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for network incidents and service requests.
• Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting of switches and wireless devices.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining Aruba wired and wireless infrastructure.
• Understand Aruba SD-WAN concepts and provide initial support.
• Perform basic routing configuration (Static routes, BGP).
• Troubleshoot Layer 2 issues, including STP.
• Work with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, incidents, and resolutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in network operations.
• Hands-on experience with switches and wireless devices (Aruba experience preferred).
• Basic understanding of Aruba SD-WAN concepts.
• Knowledge of routing protocols: Static, BGP.
• Familiarity with Layer 2 technologies: VLANs, STP.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in enterprise networking technologies.

Preferred Certifications

• Aruba Certified Switching Associate (ACSA)
• Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA)
• CCNA or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
