Job Description

As a Network Engineer at our company, your primary responsibilities will include designing and deploying functional networks such as LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN. You will be tasked with configuring and installing network hardware and software like routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting any issues that may arise will also be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, performing regular network maintenance, conducting system upgrades, and ensuring network security and compliance with standards will be essential tasks. Collaborating with the IT department and other relevant teams to enhance the existing infrastructure will be a key aspect of your job. It will also be your responsibility to document network configurations and processes for future reference and continuity. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Previous experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role is required. A strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc., and hands-on experience with network equipment from Cisco, Juniper, or similar providers are essential. Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and various security tools is also necessary. Possessing network certifications like CCNA or CCNP would be advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are vital for this role, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities to effectively collaborate with colleagues across different departments. This is a full-time position with benefits including commuter assistance, provided food, health insurance, and a Provident Fund. The work schedule is during night shifts, and the role requires in-person presence at the work location.,
