We are looking for a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of networking infrastructure, configuration, and troubleshooting, with hands-on experience in managing and maintaining enterprise networks. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network systems across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network security and availability.
Configure and manage VPNs, VLANs, and wireless access points.
Conduct network performance tuning and capacity planning.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement best practices.
Maintain detailed documentation of network infrastructure and changes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams.
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise network administration.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and firewalls.
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar devices.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark).
Basic understanding of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
