Network Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure smooth connectivity and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Provide technical support for LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and configuration problems.
• Assist in network installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Ensure network security through access controls, firewalls, and regular system monitoring.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and incident reports.
• Provide user support and resolve connectivity or system-related queries.
• Perform regular backups and network performance checks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in network support or IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, etc.).
• Experience with Cisco / Mikrotik / Fortinet / Ubiquiti devices preferred.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and remote troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of firewall and security concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
