We're looking for an L0 Engineer to handle customer calls, create tickets, and provide technical support for telecom/network hardware and software issues. You'll work with networking devices like switches, routers, and firewalls, and use ticketing tools to resolve customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills:
