About This Team

The Mainframe Operations team is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our mainframe systems. This team plays a critical role in maintaining the stability, performance, and security of our mainframe infrastructure, which supports various business applications and processes.

What You Will Be Doing

Working on Client Network Devices (SD-WAN, Routers, Switches, Wireless etc.) , Upgrades, Migrations etc
Performs device configurations, internal operating system upgrades and software upgrades and deploys network devices including routers, switches, load balancers and firewalls
Follows documented network services processes and procedures – identifies gaps in processes or documentation and suggests improvements
Monitors, responds and provides resolution for all network problem and incident tickets
Utilizing case management system (CMS), documents status updates and problem resolutions

What You Bring

Should have overall 7-10 years of experience as network engineer
Should be willing to work in rotational Shifts
Very solid understanding of below
1- Network Architecture
2- Routing and switching
3- BGP in depth
4- SD-WAN (must have)
5- Wireless
