Network Device Engineer-(SD-WAN, Routers, Switches, Wireless etc)

You will be working as a Network Engineer with a focus on Client Network Devices (SD-WAN, Routers, Switches, Wireless, etc.), including upgrades, migrations, configurations, and deployments. Your main responsibilities will include performing internal operating system upgrades, software upgrades, and configurations for various network devices such as routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls. You will also be expected to follow documented network services processes and procedures, identify gaps in processes or documentation, and suggest improvements as needed. Additionally, you will be monitoring, responding to, and resolving all network problem and incident tickets, while also documenting status updates and resolutions utilizing the case management system (CMS). To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a network engineer and be willing to work in rotational shifts. A strong understanding of Network Architecture, Routing and Switching, BGP, SD-WAN, and Wireless technologies is essential for this position.
