Role Summary

Network & Desktop Support Engineer

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle both on-site and remote IT support efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain

  network equipment

  (routers, switches, firewalls) and

  desktop systems

  (PCs, laptops, peripherals).
• Monitor and optimize

  network and system performance

• Troubleshoot

  connectivity, hardware, and software issues

• Implement

  network security controls

• Perform

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Information Technology

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  as a Desktop Support Engineer and/or Network Engineer.
• Proficient in

  Windows, macOS, and Linux
