Network DC Build Engineer

As a Network DC Build Engineer at NTT DATA in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India, your role involves preparing network designs, implementing network changes, collaborating with various platform streams and vendors, and ensuring timely completion of network deliverables. You will also be responsible for performing Data Center migrations in a production environment without any downtime, working on projects individually, and designing and implementing network designs according to standards. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare network designs with bill of materials and detailed device configurations based on business requirements - Raise and implement network changes within the approved change window - Prepare network build packages including impact analysis, network change implementation plan, and cutover plan - Present network designs and changes for review and approval - Collaborate with platform streams and vendors to ensure timely completion of network deliverables - Perform Data Center migrations in production environment without downtime - Work on projects individually and design and implement network designs according to standards Qualifications Required: - Familiarity with network hardware such as Arista and Cisco routers and switches - Expert level knowledge in network routing, switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP; LAN/WAN Technologies) - Excellent working experience in multicasting, VXLAN, Spanning-tree, vPC, port-channel, MLAG, Trunking - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in routing & switching - CCNP or CCIE R&S certification is a plus - Hardware knowledge about different types of transceivers, switches, cabling, fiber patching - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Visio, Word, and Excel.
