Job Description

As a Network Engineer, your role involves resolving, maintaining, and managing clients" software/hardware/network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLAs, ensuring client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Installing, configuring, and maintaining all network services, equipment, and devices. - Monitoring network performance, troubleshooting problems and outages. - Programming routers, switches, and other network hardware. - Configuring DNS servers, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards. - Managing system back-up and restore protocols. - Planning and supporting network and computing infrastructure. - Scheduling updates and upgrades. You should be proficient in rack server installation and cabling, able to read and understand schematics and design documentation, and skilled in cable management for functionality and aesthetic purposes. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial in ensuring the effective administration of a new business network. Additionally, you will be expected to perform troubleshooting on all programs when required and prepare post-mortem reports while performing trend analysis in case of system failures.,
