Network Change Analyst

As an Intermediate Engineer Analyst at our company, your main responsibility will be to assist with product development within the technology domain. This will involve conducting product evaluations, recommending product customization for integration with systems, and providing training to junior team members. Additionally, you will be involved in application prototyping, identifying root causes of issues, and providing third-line support for systems and application outages or networking issues. You will also collaborate with development teams to define engineering requirements and assist with defining application/system requirements and processes. It will be your duty to create installation documentation, training materials, and deliver technical training to support the organization. You will need to assess risks when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and safeguarding the company's reputation, clients, and assets. Qualifications: - 2-5 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role - Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment - Project Management experience - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities, and related reporting - Analytic/diagnostic skills - Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of various project components - Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes - Proven track record of operational process change and improvement Education: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience Please note that the job is full-time and falls under the Technology job family group, specifically in the Systems & Engineering job family.,
