Job Description

Role Overview: You will be the Network Business Manager / Sales Specialist responsible for driving business growth in the enterprise networking domain in Delhi NCR. Your main focus will be promoting and selling Aruba, Cisco, and Juniper networking solutions to B2B clients. Your role will involve developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets through high-value networking solutions and services. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Aruba, Cisco, and Juniper networking products and solutions. - Engage with enterprise clients, system integrators, and channel partners to promote networking and connectivity offerings. - Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closure. - Build strong relationships with OEMs (Aruba, Cisco, Juniper) to leverage market programs and joint sales activities. - Collaborate with the technical pre-sales team to design and deliver customized networking solutions. - Manage pipeline forecasting, revenue reporting, and account planning aligned with business objectives. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies in the networking domain. - Ensure post-sales satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise accounts. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in networking solution sales/business development. - Strong understanding of Aruba, Cisco, and Juniper product lines (switching, routing, wireless, SD-WAN, network security). - Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales within IT infrastructure or networking domain. - Strong network of enterprise clients, channel partners, and OEM contacts in the Delhi NCR region. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and achieve targets under minimal supervision. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT/Business Administration (MBA preferred).
