Job Summary:

Network-based Telecalling Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Make
outbound calls
to potential clients and respond to
incoming customer inquiries
.
Present, promote, and sell products/services
clearly and persuasively
over the phone.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain
a database of interactions
.
Provide
information about products, services, offers, and company updates
to clients.
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a
professional and timely manner
.
Coordinate with sales or support teams for
order processing, follow-ups, and escalations
.
Maintain
daily call reports, lead status, and performance metrics
.
Achieve
individual and team targets
for calls, conversions, or customer satisfaction.
Work efficiently from a
network-enabled remote environment
, ensuring connectivity and call quality.

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior experience in
BPO, telecalling, or customer service
.
Experience with
CRM tools
like Zoho, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar.
Knowledge of
sales techniques, lead generation, or appointment setting
.
Strong
persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
.
