Network and Security Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Maintain the network and security architecture of the organization 
• Analyse and implement new security protocols to improve performance against threats or malfunctions 
• Resolve existing security issues, including hardware malfunctions 
• Lead network security design for cloud solutions, including automation to support cloud expansion and network segmentation strategy 
• Monitor network security products and protocols and report on findings 
• Guide and mentor other members of the security team 
• Implement firewall rules in our network firewalls 

Required Qualification-

• 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining a fully operational firewall solution 
• Experience with SDWAN
• Experience with networking technologies (routing, switching, VLANs, subnets, etc.) 
• Advanced knowledge of information security concepts, trends, and practices 
• Advanced understanding of networking (subnetting, routing, and switching) 
• Expertise with a variety of security products, including firewalls, URL filtering, and virus protection 
• Strong communication skills and ability to express technical concepts in clear and simple terms 
• Bachelors degree
