Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Monitor network devices, links, and alarms using monitoring tools.
Perform first-level triage and basic troubleshooting.
Raise, log, and escalate incidents as per standard operating procedures.
Maintain shift logs, incident trackers, and reports.
Coordinate with Level 2/3 teams and service providers as needed.
Adhere to 24x7 shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routers, switches, etc.).
Familiarity with network monitoring tools is a plus (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG).
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
Networking certification (CCNA/N+) preferred but not mandatory.
