Network Administrator

As the Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the customer service process. This includes resolving customer complaints efficiently and effectively. You will assist customers in selecting the most suitable products based on their needs and budget. It is crucial to handle customer concerns and complaints promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping customers informed about upcoming promotions and deals. Building strong and positive relationships with clients and customers in person is key to this role. Your communication skills will be essential in establishing a rapport with all individuals you interact with. Requirements: - CCNA certification - Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates.
