Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Network Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise and cloud network environments across a global footprint. Your role will require deep expertise in routing, switching, SD-WAN, MPLS, firewalls, wireless, VoIP, and automation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring network stability and scalability, acting as a mentor and subject matter expert within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade LAN/WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure scalability, resiliency, and security. - Configure, monitor, and optimize advanced routing and switching infrastructures including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, RSTP, and L2 security features. - Define and manage QoS policies across multi-vendor platforms to ensure consistent application, collaboration, and real-time traffic performance. - Manage and secure global firewall environments with a focus on Palo Alto Networks technologies. - Support and optimize enterprise wireless networks, including RF planning, heat map analysis, and RF interference troubleshooting. - Administer and troubleshoot VoIP and real-time communication services, ensuring resiliency, QoS, and seamless end-user experience. - Perform packet capture and deep traffic analysis to resolve complex protocol and application issues. - Automate network operations and provisioning tasks to improve efficiency and reduce human error. - Integrate and consolidate networks during mergers and acquisitions, supporting global business initiatives with minimal downtime. - Partner with global IT, security, and business teams to align infrastructure with enterprise strategy, cloud adoption, and compliance requirements. - Proactively monitor network health, identify risks, and implement corrective and preventive measures. Provide mentorship to junior team members. Qualification Required: - 4-5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise and global networking roles. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field. - Strong industry certifications required: CCIE Enterprise, CCNP Wireless, Palo Alto Network Certified Network Security Professional, Python PCPP2, GCP Professional Cloud Network Engineer. - Hands-on experience with routing & switching, wireless, VoIP/collaboration, security, and tools like Wireshark, NetFlow, syslog, SNMP, automation with Python/Ansible. - Demonstrated success supporting MPLS/SD-WAN hybrid WAN infrastructures at a global scale. - Proven track record in M&A network integrations and cloud connectivity designs.,
