Profile Overview

We are seeking an experienced Consulting Manager - Testing/QA Lab to oversee our offshore QA operations for NetSuite environments. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring that all NetSuite configurations and customizations are rigorously tested, and that high-quality solutions are delivered to our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience and a proven track record in leading testing and quality assurance within complex, dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

 * Lead and manage all QA and testing activities for NetSuite implementations, ensuring robust test plans, cases, and documentation are in place.

 * Oversee the daily operations of the offshore testing lab, including resource allocation, scheduling, and performance monitoring.

 * Develop, document, and enforce QA processes and best practices tailored to NetSuite implementations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

 * Work closely with project managers, developers, and client teams to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.

 * Identify, track, and prioritize defects, and work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.

 * Provide regular status reports, QA metrics, and improvement recommendations to senior leadership and project stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

NetSuite, including configurations, customizations, and integrations in an ERP implementation environment.

 * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 * Solid technical background with the ability to understand complex system integrations and troubleshoot issues effectively.
